sorethroatbutflatstomach:

pinp0intpupils said: You're really annoying if you have an opinion that's great but because you spew it everywhere it doesn't make it right so please shut up

Hahaha yeah okay I can’t say that pro Ana is harmful bullshit? It’s literally promoting eating disorders so YOU should shut up before naive young people see that shit and get sucked into your delusion. Pro Ana being wrong isn’t really that much of an opinion. Or no. It’s a WIDELY ACCEPTED OPINION

k thx!

ps if you think you have an actual argument as to why pro ana Is okay I’d just LOVE TO HEAR IT LOLOLOL

On my third day of fasting it’s honestly getting easier and easier. If you’re stuck just remember that it’ll pass and you’re in control. Don’t give in. Xx

So done with this tag and its disgusting minions promoting eating disorders. Back to the fitspo tag! Where people aren’t fucking insane

thinprivilegebullshit:

duh, it’s all evolution. people who are naturally obese are just more highly evolved than us skinny bitches. titp said so, so it must be true. never mind it’s only first world countries and it’s only over a short amount of time.

Good thing diet has nothing to do with weight gain, otherwise you might have to question the decision to eat cake for lunch & to eat two meals within 20 minutes of each other. Also, those people weren’t commenting before because they were assuming you weren’t doing this all the time and that your diet & exercise regimen was otherwise healthy.
This same post also features the submitter not understanding why doctors check your blood pressure when you’re on the pill. (It can cause increases in blood pressure, so of course the doctor’s going to monitor that)

Oh wow, the blood pressure thing is crazy.

that was kind of really gross [the picture] and made me not want to eat just because some people cant afford one meal at all. ew.

Fatspos: Can you run more than a mile without stopping?

bumsquash:

coffeeandlingerie:

I’m 130 lbs, and cannot. So if you label your body type as “fat” or “obese” and go along with “health at every size”, i’m just curious

Eh? HAES is an approach to help you get to your chosen goal, whether maintaining or increasing your health. Or have I misunderstood you?

I mean that the people in the “body positivity” or “fatspo” tags say that they’re healthy at their weight (usually 200+ LBs or high BF%) so i’m asking if they can run for a mile or so like physically fit. I think if one’s healthy they usually can run a certain distance or lift a certain amount. Depending on handicaps too. I personally dont think sedentary lifestyles are “healthy”.

I would know, i’m a chair potato! haha. and my friend that is a bit bigger than me is WAYYYY fitter than i am!
