putting aside the self righteous veggie thumping...
i might consider going 90% vegetarian, where i would only have meat/dairy once or twice a month. not including seafood.i dont really like milk that much anyway. it depends, sometimes i love it, sometimes it disgusts me. its good for cooking though, also gotta have my creamer for coffee
i wont deny the health benefits of higher vegetable and fruit diets (i want to be lean) but im not some crazed...
